It’s almost that time of year again! Christmas time that is!
Christmas in my family starts with a trip to my Grandmother’s to open presents, followed by our big Christmas morning breakfast. Our family is one where Christmas lunch and dinner is never really a big deal. But breakfast on the other hand, that is a masterpiece! We always have a hash brown/egg casserole, Holiday French Toast Casserole, sausage, toast, and some fruit salad. Everyone pitches in to help prepare this meal. My brother, cousin and I usually end up on the fruit station where we chop away apples, bananas and oranges to put into the salad. Once it is all prepared it is time to feast!
In honor of this tradition in my family, I enlisted the help of some AMAZING food bloggers to help me come up with the ultimate list of breakfast casseroles that would be perfect with your Christmas morning breakfast!
