Cranberry Wine Spritzers are a beautiful and fun holiday cocktail! 5 ingredients and 5 minutes is all it takes to put together this festive drink!
Merry (almost) Christmas! Since I am writing this post early, that is I’m actually writing it about two weeks before Christmas, I can’t really accurately make statements like “Brr, it’s cold outside” or “Wow, I did X, Y, Z today!” But that’s ok. I can still talk about today! The reason I’m working on this post in advance is because Christmas this year is going to be very special- I’m getting to spend it with Matt!
He flies in (well, actually now he flew in) on the 22nd and I wanted to make sure I didn’t need to worry about preparing posts while he was here. Therefore, the last two weeks have been really busy for me not only preparing each week’s posts, but also posts for the rest of December. It will be a bit of a whirlwind trip but I’m sure excited to be spending the holidays with him!
One thing I’ll definitely need to make for him are these Cranberry Wine Spritzers.
Just look at how pretty they are!
These beautiful drinks can be put together in just 5 minutes and with 5 ingredients making them super fast and easy for serving on Christmas, New Years, or any other night of the year!
Plus they are delicious. Bubbly from the ginger ale and fruity from the cranberry juice and sliced oranges, this drink is really a treat! It is so fancy yet so simple at the same time!
And I have to add, taste testing wine spritzers first thing in the morning is quite the task. It’s a tough job, but somebody has to do it 😉
I hope you enjoy these spritzers and Happy Holidays!
- 1 bottle moscato wine
- 2 cans ginger ale
- 2 1/2 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups fresh, whole cranberries
- 1 navel orange, sliced
- Combine all ingredients in a serving pitcher. Chill until serving.
- Time saving tip: Chill all liquids beforehand so when you assemble the spritzers you can serve them immediately.
