Do you ever have those days where you really intend on eating healthy and then what you actually end up having is just a pile of junk food? That was me today, which is particularly ridiculous since I just posted an AMAZING and healthy Mediterranean Flatbread.
But today it just kind of happened. I had some greek yogurt for breakfast then went to work. However, there wasn’t really anything good to eat there, and I was starving, so I ended up eating a brownie and a piece of cake. Now, I do love that kind of lunch but my waistline doesn’t. Snacking later on I stuck to pretzels, but I definitely
missed overlooked the healthier options in my fridge. Finally my mom made fried zucchini fries with dinner (which will likely appear on my blog in the upcoming weeks), further wrecking my day.
That’s ok. Today will be a wash for my “diet”.

This frozen yogurt is amazing. It can be prepared in minutes, has nothing but goodness in it, and just a few ingredients.
The frozen peaches and greek yogurt make for a perfect summer dessert. It is cool, fruity, and refreshing. But best of all? It’s NO GUILT. So even after my day today I can still enjoy a bowl and not feel guilty.
This will make the perfect treat for your summer!
- 1 16oz bag frozen peaches
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbs honey
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until fully incorporated and mixed.
- Set in freezer to solidify if needed. Store in an airtight container.
